Our Story
"The company was started after I was audited by the IRS in 2007. Despite having been a tax professional for over five years at that time and being accustomed to IRS procedures, I still found it exhausting. I thought about those who did not know anything about taxes or law. "After that experience, I decided to create a company to assist taxpayers with their tax issues."

LOU CALIXTE, EA.
Having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Taxation, Lou Calixte went on to specialize in representing taxpayers before the IRS.
This led to him passing the IRS Special Enrolled Agent Examination and becoming a licensed Special Enrolled Agent. Following that, he spent four years as a Graduate Fellow at the National Tax Practice Institute.
Furthermore, Mr. Calixte obtained his Certified Pre-trial Tax Litigation Specialist designation from the Tax Law Institute at the University of Alabama School of Law.
In addition to representing taxpayers at all levels of the IRS for over 20 years, Mr. Calixte provides Pre-Trial tax Litigation support to many attorneys.
MARIE NORMIL, Esq.
Since 2004, Marie Normil has been practicing law as a licensed attorney in NY and NJ.
As a Hofstra University Law School graduate, she specializes in the fields of Matrimonial Law, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Tax Controversy. Currently, she is a member of the United States Tax Court Bar.
Ms. Normil has been a mediator for the Southern District of NY Federal Court for over 7 years and has been in private practice for over 10 years.

For over 20 years, Osmarc Gaspard has been an IRS Special Enrolled Agent specializing in complex individual, business, estate, and trust taxes.
In addition, he is a graduate fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute.
